Client Service Trainee
Responsibilities:
- acts as liaison of the company and speaks for clients in project briefings
- attends clients’ meetings (briefings, business reviews, and pre-selling presentations)
- handles Client Relations Communication and Management
- updates clients about projects’ status
- ensures that clients’ expectations are met
- monitors and troubleshoots problems encountered during the activations
- conducts Project Update (PUM) Meetings on a weekly basis
- conducts training assessments of assigned projects
- conducts in-store checks for the observance of the demonstration protocol
Requirements:
- a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or the equivalent
- Male/ Female, 21 to 26 years old
- proactive, is a team player, and can work with minimum supervision
- full-time positions available: Fresh graduates/ entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
