Client Service Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • acts as liaison of the company and speaks for clients in project briefings
  • attends clients’ meetings (briefings, business reviews, and pre-selling presentations)
  • handles Client Relations Communication and Management
  • updates clients about projects’ status
  • ensures that clients’ expectations are met
  • monitors and troubleshoots problems encountered during the activations
  • conducts Project Update (PUM) Meetings on a weekly basis
  • conducts training assessments of assigned projects
  • conducts in-store checks for the observance of the demonstration protocol


Requirements:

  • a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or the equivalent
  • Male/ Female, 21 to 26 years old
  • proactive, is a team player, and can work with minimum supervision
  • full-time positions available: Fresh graduates/ entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
